It's a one-of-a-kind piece, hand-painted. The design has a fun feel, like owls are dancing. It says "kei" in the right corner. I displayed it instead of using it as a plate. The condition is very good. (The color fading on the right edge is not a scratch.) Owls are also known as "Fukurou" (meaning "no hardship"), and are popular as good luck charms to ward off suffering.
