Traditional wooden kokeshi doll, its adorable closed-eye expression brings comfort. Likely from before the Showa 40s (1965-1974), it has been displayed in my home. It has an aged feel, but that adds to its simple charm. The artist's name is written on it. There are no noticeable scratches or stains, but it has an old feel.
