As there are many counterfeit SM58s, I have checked the features considered to be those of a genuine product and taken photos. - There is one hole at the bottom of the handle. - The grille is perfectly round. - The sponge inside the grille is dark. - When the grille is removed and pressed from above, it depresses slightly. - The internal cables are green and yellow. - The handle is filled with a substance like glue. - A silver plate is visible on the rear, with the numbers 1, 2, 3 and the SHURE logo.
