There is only slight dust, but it is in very clean condition with no noticeable damage or stains. The paper tag is still attached, and while there are slight creases, there is no noticeable damage such as tears, and it is in beautiful condition. (There is also no fading, which often occurs with this type of tag.) I confirmed that the music box plays when the screw on the back is turned and the head moves, but it is difficult to determine if it is operating exactly as it did originally, so please understand that I cannot guarantee the operation in that regard.
