The vertical length from the middle top to the crotch area was about 51cm. The ribbon shape is very cute. It can be used for bicycles, strollers, car seats, etc. The cushion is firm, giving it a luxurious feel. It's reversible. The ribbon pillow can be removed with a zipper. There are no noticeable stains, but it's not new, so it's as shown in the photos. Please understand that this is a used item before purchasing. ^_^
