This is a SHARP ion generator. It's USB powered and can be placed in a car's cup holder. I didn't use it very often, but it was left in the holder, so there are some scratches on the main body. Please refer to image 5 for the most noticeable scratch. (The flash makes it more visible; it's less noticeable in person) Operation has been confirmed, but please understand that this is a used item. The box and instruction manual are not included; only the main unit will be shipped.
