This design can be used for the office, formal occasions, and parties. I bought it because I fell in love with the calm blue color at first sight. It's a polyester blend, so it's wrinkle-resistant and fade-resistant. The waist is elastic, but because I am slightly taller, it hits my rib cage. I adjusted it by hand-sewing to loosen the elastic so it would spread out. (Please refer to the photo. It's amateur work.) I think it would look better on someone 160cm or shorter.
