I bought this new several years ago. There are no noticeable stains or scratches, but it has been used. The tag has been cut off, so the size is unknown (probably S), but the dimensions are as follows: Shoulder width 40cm, body length 65cm, sleeve length 18cm, body width 42cm. Color: Navy
