This is a purchase from the Kyoto Railway Museum. There, you can experience riding a real train and running on the tracks next to a real Shinkansen. Buttons 1-3 play the train whistle, running sounds, and other effects. It's black, so white dirt like dust is noticeable, but there are no visible scratches.
