This is a video tripod head made by NEEWER. I bought it about 3 years ago and used it for shooting about 10 times. It has some scratches, such as paint peeling, as it has been used for shooting several times, but there are no problems with its operation. I think it can still be used. I haven't used it at all recently, so I'm selling it to someone who wants it.
