This is a tool for tightening and loosening Tutsukana (likely a type of fitting or fastener). I rarely used it. As far as I can see, there is no damage to the tip. It also comes with an over-tightening prevention part. There is a slight overall corrosion. I don't think there will be any problems with use. As it is a precision instrument, I will send it without cleaning the corroded parts. Please understand the condition before purchasing.
