I purchased it several years ago, so I don't remember the thinning rate, but I think it's around 20%. The size is 7 inches, and the finger rest is a little rusty, but the blades are fine. You can use it right away after purchase. Please purchase only if you understand that this is a used item ( .ˬ.)
