I used this when I had a broken bone and a cast up to my knee. Used about 5 times. I only used it about 5 times because I switched to a removable cast soon after I bought it. It didn't feel tight, and it was easy to put on and take off, which was really helpful while I had a broken bone. It was also very convenient to be able to hang it up to dry with the hook after use. I have wiped the entire thing down with disinfectant wipes. I will include the instruction manual and hook that came with it when I purchased it.
