It has a dual function: lighting with 4 brightness levels and mosquito/insect repellent using a vapor mat. It's versatile with a carabiner on top for attaching to zippers, belt loops, or hanging from the ceiling of a tent, and a magnet on the bottom for attaching to metal surfaces like table legs for use as a footlight or insect repellent.
