The plastic wrap is torn, so it's new but without the bag. It's about 30cm long, 15 to 17cm wide, and has elastic. It has a bear pattern and the waffle fabric looks very comfortable. Since I have a boy (image 3 is of my child), I accidentally bought this (crying). Selling it cheap.
