I purchased this in April of this year and used it for six months. I loved the cute design, but I'm selling it because I've started using a different maternal and child health handbook case. There are no noticeable stains on the outside or inside, but there are some loose threads on the outside (see photos). Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned.
