Miwa Lock SSP-G1D electric lock operator. I mistakenly ordered SSP-G1D instead of SSP-G1E, installed it, realized the mistake, and replaced it, leaving this one unused. Only the main unit was replaced, so the seal and plate are unused. The instruction manual is a little dirty (see photo 4).
