I have used this several times at formal events such as weddings. The neck size is adjustable. There is some fraying around the adjustment holes, but it's not very noticeable from the front. In the third photo, there is a very small amount of fraying, although it's barely visible in the picture. Please purchase this item if you understand that it is a used item.
