This item is new and unused, although it doesn't have a tag. The size should fit from baby to around 2 years old. I couldn't select "free size," so I've listed it as size 70. It was a gift, but I haven't had the chance to use it, so it's new and unused. However, please note that I have inspected it myself and it has been stored at home.
