This item was purchased in Taiwan about 10 years ago. I can't read Taiwanese, but according to the description, the background changes depending on the temperature of the contents. The background changes at 40°C, and it can hold items up to 85°C. The capacity is 360ml. It's difficult to see in the photo (4th photo), but there's a Hello Kitty pattern on the non-slip base on the back.
