Set of 5 items: I wore these until my children's entrance ceremony in April of last year. ① ② Kimono ③ Obi (sash) ④ Obi-ita (stiffener for obi) ⑤ Two-piece Nagajuban (undershirt) These are two kimonos I received from my mother, who loves kimonos, about 20 years ago. I wore them for my children's entrance and graduation ceremonies, weather permitting. I checked them earlier, and the left kimono was made from a Tango chirimen fabric purchased in Okayama. It was dyed and tailored from the fabric, as there was a kimono shop in front of my house. It was tailored for my mother, who is about 150cm tall. I am 153cm tall, so the sleeves are a little short when I wear it. The obi was purchased at Daimaru. The nagajuban and obi-ita were purchased at the Aoyama Kimono Academy when I was attending. The nagajuban is a two-piece type. My children have grown quite a bit, and although there are still graduation ceremonies, I mostly attend in formal wear these days, so I no longer wear these. I really loved wearing them. I hung them up after each wear, but I have not had them professionally cleaned. There are noticeable fading, stains, dirt, wrinkles, and fraying. How about using them for remaking?
