This is a self-made one-character seal of the "Tsubomi" (bud) in vermilion script. It's a seal for women, used to seal envelopes. It's pressed onto the glued flap of the envelope. It's used to signify that the letter is still unopened, like a bud (tsubomi). It's made by carving a stone seal material. The size is approximately 12x12mm for the seal impression, and the height is about 40mm.
