This is CANADEL Cleansing Water! It's a wipe-off cleansing water, and I wasn't quite sure how to use it, so I used it a few times as a point makeup remover for eye makeup, applying it to cotton pads. About 80% of the product remains! It has a lock to prevent dispensing. I will protect the dispensing area with tissue and wrap the entire product in bubble wrap before shipping.
