#French Antique Plate Creil et Montereau With backstamp Made in France Porcelain Diameter: Approximately 20cm Purchased at a flea market in Paris. Based on the backstamp, this is a plate from the mid-period (circa 1849-1867) of the Creil et Montereau, Lebeuf, Milliet & Cie. It depicts the Siege of Sevastopol, so it is believed to be a work from the late 1850s to the early 1860s. I don't see any major chips or stains, and I think it's a beautiful plate (this is my amateur assessment). Why not display it as interior decor?
