This is a PORTER waist bag. I purchased this used, but ended up not using it, so I'm offering it to anyone who might be interested. I don't smoke myself, but I believe the previous owner stored tobacco in it (as there were some leaves inside). There's no particular smell, but please be aware of this if you are concerned.
