This is a knit vest with lots of frills on the sleeves ♡ It's not pure white, but has glitter, making it a little sparkly. I think it would be very cute paired with a turtleneck or off-the-shoulder inner layer. It's not a tight-fitting vest, but an oversized one with a generous width.
