This is a crate from SAVIC, a manufacturer of high-quality Belgian plastic products and gauges with over 40 years of history. It's made similarly to a Vari-Kennel, but this one has a window in the back and comes with removable casters. It meets IATA air transport standards, so it can be used for air travel. While this size can be difficult to carry, there are handles on the top, front and back, and with the included casters, you can easily move it even with a dog inside. It's built to be sturdy, so it's safe in case of a disaster. I used it only once for air travel three years ago, and I think it's in good condition, but upon close inspection, there is some rust on the door due to aging. My dog rarely went inside it except for air travel, so it was mostly used for storage, so I don't think there will be any dog smell.
