The distance from the belt buckle (roller part) to the smallest hole is 62cm, and to the largest hole is about 88cm (see the photos). (Both measurements are approximate.) The leather belt has a silver coating, and the logo on the lower back is embroidered in a three-dimensional design with glossy blue accents. To be honest, it's quite a flashy belt, but it would probably look great on Instagram if you coordinate it with your workout wear. Most people who use this type of training belt choose Gold's Gym, or a waist shaper. I recommend this belt to those who don't want the same Gold's Gym belt as everyone else, but also don't want a cheap-looking one since you'll be using it for a long time. I also go to the gym, but I've never seen this type of belt before, so you probably won't see anyone else wearing it.
