This is a Tenyo long scissor, marked with a "G". While it has been slightly sharpened, it's become lighter and still retains its strength, making it a relatively well-balanced long scissor. The feel and sharpness are in excellent condition. For reference, it cuts tissue very sharply and cleanly without snagging. I've had it sharpened, so it should be ready to use immediately, but if you have a specific preference for sharpness, please sharpen or adjust it yourself before use.
