Stella McCartney sandals. The straps wrap around the ankles. There is no size indicated on the shoes themselves, so I'm not sure of the exact size. I usually wear a size 23cm, but these shoes are a bit big since I wear them barefoot, and I haven't worn them much. There are no visible scratches or stains, but the soles are dirty.
