I bought these for playing in the river and used them twice before my child outgrew them. They're still in good condition, so I didn't want to throw them away. I'm hoping someone else can use them. Size is 16-18. They cover the heel, and the laces in the back can be adjusted, so they won't slip off your feet while playing. The included bag is also included.
