The size is listed as 23 cm, but I've disposed of the box and don't remember for sure. I apologize for this. I usually wear 23.5 cm for pumps and 24 cm for sneakers, but these felt like a perfect fit, though the toes felt a bit cramped. There is no box or bag. The shoes only. I will ship them in a VANS box.
