This is a Hello Kitty (Kitty-chan) ball chain strap. It was a bonus item when I made a purchase at Sanrio (premium mascot). I believe it's from the Hello Kitty 50th Anniversary. I don't think I've taken it out of the bag, but please be aware that there is some initial staining on the charm.
