I recently received these new small hairpins from an acquaintance. They are smaller than regular size (approximately 4cm) hairpins. The color is a dark navy blue, not black. They weigh 250g, and there seem to be around 400-500 pins, but I haven't counted them. They have been stored at home, so there are some spots of rust. Please purchase these only if you understand this.
