Vicky This is a chiffon frill tunic with butterfly sleeves. I haven't worn it much, so it's in good condition, but there may be some minor stains or scratches. However, they're not very noticeable when worn. Please understand that this is a used item. There are wrinkles. Size is 2, but the waist area has elastic all the way around, so it's loose.
