This item was received at a local event. It's a set of an eco-bag and a memo pad distributed for Chinese tourism promotion by the "China National Tourist Office in Osaka." Eco-bag size: Approximately 35.5cm in height, 29.5cm in width (excluding handles) Material: Unknown Made in India. Although it's new and unused, there is a stain on the panda's cheek on the eco-bag from when I received it.
