This is an IC sticker that came with a long wallet I won from a UFO catcher. I got rid of the wallet, but I kept the sticker because it was cute. It was included with a wallet that was an amusement-only item, so it's not for sale. It's unopened and unused, but the bag has some damage from long-term storage.
