They are 5-hole punched, so they can be used with both 2-hole and 3-hole binders. Excluding the index tabs, the dimensions are: width 279mm, height 216mm, and the weight is approximately 11g per sheet. The punched holes are reinforced with gold-colored tape, making them a bit luxurious and stylish. [Files] Based on a layman's assessment, they are in near-new condition, with no stains, folds, or scratches, except for some slight discoloration on a portion of the index tabs due to long-term storage. There are three colors, and each file has index tabs in three different locations. This design prevents the index tabs from overlapping when files of the same color are stacked. The spine width of the files can be adjusted in four stages, including a no-width option, depending on the amount of documents to be stored. According to a layman's measurement, the dimensions excluding the index tabs are: width 299mm, height 228mm, and the weight is 38g per sheet.
