Although this item is new and unused, it has been some time since its purchase. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about this. The case has some scratches. There are not many noticeable scratches on the front, but there is a fairly deep scratch on the back. Please understand and consider purchasing this item. (See image 5)
