This item was collected by a family member and appears to have been stored at home for a long time. I am not familiar with models, so I am unsure about the operation and lighting. However, the main body seems to be relatively clean. The items in the photos are all that is included. The outer paper packaging has some scratches. I will pack it with cushioning material and ship it via Mercari delivery. I use Yu-Packet Post whenever possible. #ModelTrain #Hokutosei #Kato
