They are lightweight and compact, allowing them to be connected and operated overhead or at the base of a rigging system. The Downriggers generate friction on the rigging line with the weight of the load, allowing the operator to manually control the descent. When there is no load, the line can be easily pulled back through the device to reset the system. The Downriggers feature the proven Rock Exotica swivel top for easy alignment with the load and double-locking side plates for more efficient rope installation.
