I believe this was a handmade piece by fumi, who currently runs the zakka owl雑貨店 in Chiba Prefecture. I think it's from about twenty-something years ago. It's Harry the hedgehog, a very popular artist at the time, and it was hard to get because of the handmade boom, with many magazines on bookstore shelves.
