I purchased this in June and used it for about two months. The seller originally purchased it in May of this year. There's a small amount of fraying, but it's hardly noticeable. Please check the sixth photo. It's a cooling contact cover type and has been washed at home. The instruction manual, inner head cushion, and Velcro straps are also included. My son, who has a "back switch," slept soundly when using this, and it was very helpful! Please purchase only if you understand that this is a used item.
