Here are the scissors that were sharpened in the video. These are long scissors with "Kongou" and "ALL STAINLESS" written on them. They have been well-used, and there is some wear on the back blade and the back thinning, but they seem to be usable without any problems at the moment. The feel and sharpness are very good. For reference, they cut tissue very sharply and well without catching. I have sharpened them, so you should be able to use them immediately, but if you are looking for a particular sharpness, please sharpen and adjust them yourself before use.
