This is a single-coil pickup from Van Zandt's Rock Model series. I was using it in the rear position of a Stratocaster. It can also be used in the front position if you wire it up. It was producing sound until right before I removed it. The cover has some corresponding scratches, but the pickup itself is in good condition. Please refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned about condition. Those who do purchase should fully understand that this is a used item.
