This is a pioneering network audio player from the US. It still enjoys strong popularity in the West because it can be customized by those with Linux programming knowledge. I used this unit with a Netgear ReadyNAS as a music server. The Logitech mysqeezebox.com internet radio service has ended, so it is not usable. Please install Logitech Media Server on your PC or NAS before using. The main unit, original box (from a different unit), and AC adapter are all included. There is no instruction manual. The original remote control broke, so I purchased a Squeezebox remote control on eBay and have been using it. It works the same and functions without any problems. *Important Notes* Please be aware that if you perform a Factory Reset on this unit, you will not be able to reinstall the Japanese fonts or internet radio-related apps. You can use the free iOS app iPeng to view your library and control playback on your iPhone or iPad. This app also supports Japanese fonts, which is convenient.
