I purchased these silver necklace and earrings for belly dancing. The earrings can be converted to pierced earrings by removing the converters. They were originally pierced earrings. Since I don't have pierced ears, I bought converters to wear them, but they can be easily removed, so I will remove them before sending if you don't need them. The earrings are a bit heavy, so I used double-sided tape to attach them to the back of my earlobes to prevent them from falling off while dancing. However, for intense choreography like head rolls, it might be safer not to use them as earrings.
