This navy dress is perfect for ceremonies such as formal events, graduation ceremonies, and entrance ceremonies. It has a soft lining throughout, making it a comfortable dress to wear. Please check images 12 and 13. The reason for the "訳あり" (reason for being discounted/flawed) is a small stain in one spot, as shown in image 7. It was returned from the dry cleaners, and I confirmed it, but it seems it could not be removed by regular dry cleaning. It might be removable by requesting stain removal from the dry cleaner or by someone skilled at laundry, but I will be selling it as-is, so I would like to pass it on to someone who understands this.
