Tested and sound confirmed. Based on the specs and shape, it's likely a humbucker pickup from a 1970s Yamaha Les Paul type guitar (SL400S/SL500/SL550/SL600S/SL800, etc.). The cover has been removed. Judging by the resistance value and lead wire length, it may be for the neck position.
