This is a front emblem for a 20 series Vellfire (for pre-collision safety) painted in a gold color. It can also be installed on vehicles without pre-collision safety. The item is a modified used genuine Toyota part. It can be installed on both the early and late model 20 series Vellfire. The size is approximately 11cm in height and 16cm in width. One of the tabs on the back is bent, but it was able to be attached and secured to the front grille (see photo 6, red circle). The operation of the pre-collision safety system has not been confirmed. Adhesion promoter was used for the pre-treatment. In the prototype, the paint did not peel off even when tape was applied and removed, or when air was blown on it. The paint came off when scraped with a coin, so it is unlikely to peel off during normal use. The painting was done in a dedicated booth, but there may be some fine dust particles.
